I have a bad habit of taking photographs as references for paintings which I never end up actually painting, (and some would argue using photographs at all is a bad habit, but there I have to disagree)
So here is a pen-sketch of one of those many unused photographs

Summer has made me want to disappear for a little, but i've only succeeded in doing so on here. So here, I'll begin to return with a random sketchbook page from today -- you know I spend too much time on my computer when I begin making self portraits while looking at myself in photobooth:
